Fresh flowers can be different in size, shape and color due to different weather conditions, but we will try to make the best as we can to make you satisfied with your order. Delivery Disclaimer:

The below delivery rates are for orders placed at least before three days of intended delivery date, Monday to Sunday.

We offer free shipping for addresses 10 miles from Cissy Flower Garden location in Everett, and a flat rate of $7.99 between 11 and 30 miles. No delivery if over 30 miles but we offer pickup serivce by appointment.

Refund Disclaimer:

We offer full refunds for order cancellations 3 days before the delivery date.

We offer 50% refunds for order cancellations 2 days before the delivery date and no refunds for order cancellations within 1 day.
